I help international organisations lead complex D365FO Finance transformations from programme mobilisation through rollout, go-live and operational stabilisation.
My role is typically client-side: aligning Finance, Operations, implementation partners and executive stakeholders around a workable solution, disciplined governance and clear delivery outcomes.
I combine recent hands-on D365FO programme experience across EMEA and North America with more than 20 years of Group CIO and executive technology leadership.
D365FO Programme Leadership
End-to-end leadership of complex Finance and ERP programmes, covering mobilisation, planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, delivery control and executive reporting.

• Risk, issue and dependency management
• Implementation-partner management

Selected outcomes:
• Led development and rollout of the D365FO global core template
• Delivered an initial pilot followed by seven legal-entity go-lives across four EMEA countries
• Led the Canadian D365FO rollout and integration with local operational systems
